The Andertons marketing team are looking for a smart, adaptable Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing ecommerce and digital marketing team.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Communications Manager, you will join a wider digital team of 20 ecommerce marketers, content specialists, designers and developers, who have decades of combined experience in ecommerce and digital.
The Digital Marketing Assistant role is broad and varied, and you can be guaranteed that no two days will be the same. You will play a key role in supporting the development and progression of the Andertons brand through a variety of marketing activities. You’ll need to be a quick learner, not afraid to hunt down the answer yourself at times and you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple ongoing projects.
Social media and implementing joint marketing initiatives with our partners will be an important part of your role, as will developing relationships with press and influencer contacts. You’ll be involved in all of our events, which currently are online-only, and don’t always fall within the usual 9-5. You’re also likely to spend some time working on or being involved in email, organic social, paid search, video marketing and copywriting, so you’ll need to have a strength for the written word and not be afraid to tackle something new as the need arises.
The role will be hard work, but incredibly rewarding and you’ll be involved in a wide-range of market-leading marketing initiatives, working closely with some of the world’s top music instrument and equipment brands for a globally recognised, award-winning music retailer, that is both revered and loved by its audience.
This is a full time position and your primary place of work will be our new office in GU1 post-covid, but we can offer flexibility around hours and partial working from home.
