Andertons Music Co. is seeking a passionate and technically astute individual to join our dynamic digital team as a Digital Technical Support and QA Specialist. As we continue our journey to provide world-class online experiences, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the highest quality standards and seamless user experiences across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Development Team and Senior Technology Manager to maintain the highest quality standards in our digital offerings.
  • Assist the customer services team with technical website inquiries, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support.
  • Work closely with our content team to address questions related to our digital platforms and help optimize content delivery.
  • Champion quality assurance by writing comprehensive requirements, documentation, and conducting rigorous testing against those requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on work in progress and ensure alignment with project goals.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to their work.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in office administration or project management is highly advantageous.
  • A degree in Computing or IT would be a valuable asset.

Extra Information

  • Contract Type: Full Time
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
  • Job Location: Andertons Digital Office, Guildford
