Part-time/Weekend Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic  person to work over the weekend (and possibly one additional day in the week) as a support to our ECommerce Sales Team and take ownership of the completion of a number of administrative tasks.  The ideal candidate will possess exceptional quick and efficient administration skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will enjoy being busy and are capable of performing in a fast paced environment. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure all customer after-sales issues are dealt with according to Andertons standards of excellence and within agreed time targets.
  • Administrate various internal processes that are time-targeted and communicate eloquently and professionally to all customers
  • Administrative support to the sales team and help cover additional process tasks
  • Resolve courier issues and process refunds and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner

• Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
• A high level of computer literacy (especially MS Outlook and Excel)
• Clear and articulate telephone manner
• A high attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Excellent customer service skills

  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Saturday, 10.45am-5pm Sunday
