Andertons Music Co. are seeking a Video Marketing Executive to help to co-ordinate our marketing activities for our YouTube channel of nearly half-a-million subscribers.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Andertons’ day-to-day video marketing activity by maximising the performance of video content. The role itself is varied and demanding and lends itself well to someone looking to build a career in media and marketing. We’re looking for a highly organised candidate with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and full training and support will be given by the DMM and the wider marketing team.

As mentioned, the role is heavily focused on key video marketing activities. There will be enough flexibility for the right individual to bring their own creative ideas to the table too!
Whilst we’d like you to be creative in-part, the onus here is for you to become a key part of the video marketing team and ultimately to deliver insights based upon what works and what doesn’t when it comes to video.
The position will be predominantly based in our web marketing office, but you’ll also spend part of your week working alongside the video production team at the Andertons store. The ability to quickly build trust and relationships across the business will be imperative to the success of this individual.
Please note that we will be conducting a two-part interview for this role. Alongside the traditional face-to-face interview, there will be a short practical test to let you show off your writing and marketing skills.
