Customer Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly dedicated Customer Services Administrator who can confidently deliver excellent customer service to our customers and provide internal support to our product sales consultants by resolving non-product related issues. Please note that this position is based in the office, so you will need to be within a reasonable commuting distance of Guildford.

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure all customer after-sales issues are dealt with according to Andertons standards of excellence and within agreed time targets.
  • Provide support to the sales team in pre/post-related activities.
  • Administrative support to the sales team and help cover additional administrative tasks.
  • Resolve courier issues and process refunds and exchanges.

  • Clear and articulate telephone manner.
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Be adaptable and resourceful in coming up with good solutions to any customer problems.
  • Ability to stay calm and take ownership of and be accountable for resolving customer issues.

Extra Information

  • Contract Type: Full Time
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £27,263
