Courier Resolutions Administrator

We are seeking a highly dedicated Courier Resolutions Administrator (known internally as a Customer Services Administrator) who can confidently deliver excellent customer service to our customers and provide internal support to our product sales consultants by resolving non-product related issues. You’ll be part of a team who are responsible for delivery investigations and courier-related queries. Please note that this position is based in the office, so you will need to be within a reasonable commuting distance of Guildford.

Key Tasks:

  • Investigating and resolving courier issues with delayed or missing parcels.
  • Liaising with couriers to track, locate, or resolve delivery problems
  • Processing refunds and exchanges in accordance with our procedures.
  • Provide support to the sales team in pre/post-related activities.
  • Provide cover additional administrative tasks when needed.
  • Ensure all customer after-sales issues are dealt with according to Andertons standards of excellence and within agreed time targets.

Key Skills

  • Experience resolving delivery issues, delayed parcels, and returns
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Be adaptable and resourceful in coming up with good solutions to any customer problems.

  • Contract Type: Full Time
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £27,263
